The U.S recorded its highest number of suicides last year, with more than 49,000+ people taking their own lives in 2022. In honor of those lives, join us on Sunday, September 24 for The Yellow Walk. We're taking 4200 steps (2 miles) from our coffee shop to Chicago's lakefront in unity for the many people who are suffering in silence. The number 4200 is a reminder to make sure you take time for yourself and treat yourself with love, as well as nurture your relationships in meaningful ways.

We are currently in the process of matching 110 individuals with therapists. Our therapy program provides five months of free therapy for our community. We provide each applicant with 20 sessions that costs this organization $2,000 per applicant at $100 per session, which is paid directly to the therapist.
